The minimum wage rates have increased with effect from 1 April 2025.
RATES FROM 1 APRIL 2025 -
These rates are for the National Living Wage (for those aged 21 and over) and the National Minimum Wage (for those of at least school-leaving age) from 1 April every year
April 2025 (new rate)
21 and over £12.21
18 to 20 £10.00
Under 18 £7.55
Apprentice £7.55
